AAI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
Educational requirements vary by post. Manager Engineering Civil candidates need a BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, while Electrical candidates need a relevant electrical engineering degree. Finance positions accept MBA/PGDM in Finance, Cost Accountant, CA or CFA qualifications.
For IT Manager, candidates need BE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or Electronics, or MCA. Architecture candidates require a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with COA registration. Law candidates need a professional law degree and eligibility for enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
Manager Operations requires BSc with MBA or BE/BTech, while Manager Commercial requires graduation with MBA in Marketing or BE/BTech. Corporate Planning and Corporate Communications positions have specialized postgraduate and communication-related qualifications.

Work Experience

Age Limit
As of 7 September 2026, the maximum age is 32 years for Manager posts and 27 years for Junior Executive posts.

- PwBD: 10 years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
- Eligible widows/divorced/separated women: up to 35–40 years depending on category
Salary and Selection Process
Managers will receive a pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, while Junior Executives will receive ₹40,000–₹1,40,000.
The selection process includes a Computer Based Test without negative marking, application/document verification and subsequent tests wherever applicable. Manager Fire Services candidates may face physical measurement, driving and physical endurance tests. Manager posts also include an interview, followed by medical examination and the final merit list.

General, OBC and EWS candidates must pay ₹1,000. SC, ST, PwBD, female and apprentice candidates are exempted from the fee. Payment must be made online.
